The state Company for Rubber and Tires Industries located in Najaf Governorate / Al-Haidarya district / Karbala-Najaf Road, one of the formations of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals in the Republic of Iraq, is pleased to invite investors, experienced international companies and investors who supported by manufacturing companies or their approved agents, to participate in this investment opportunity to create a factory to produce rubber conveyer belts of various sizes according to investment study of the investment file.Those who wish to participate have to apply to get the investment file from the company’s headquarters with a non-refundable (200,000) Iraqi dinars, and whoever is awarded the investment opportunity bears fees for publishing the advertisement and legal fees.Offer should be submitted in a sealed envelope to our company. name and number of the investment opportunity, name and address of the participating company have to be written on the envelope and have to content:

• The receipt of the investment file that is issued by our company.
• Company’s documents (establishing certificate), for foreign companies all documents have to be stamped by Iraqi embassy in the company’s country.
• Company’s technical capabilities and its plan for producing and development the target products.
• Lists of machines and production lines.
• Commitment to transfer the updated technology and training staff.
• Statement of final accounts of company.

The investment opportunity file will be available from the date of publishing in the advertisement in the local newspapers. Participants can review the website of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals / department of Investments, as well as the company’s headquarters in Najaf for any more technical information.         

Offers will be opened within thirty actual working days from the date of  publication in the local newspapers, and the extension will be made for another thirty days when  no offers received.
